Do spectators need to buy tickets?
No! The event is free and open to the public.
I want to attend the events at the College and in the town of Chestnut Hill. How can I easily travel between both locations?
Chestnut Hill College is sponsoring a shuttle that will run from the College to the Chestnut Hill West Station and back. Please check back for a full shuttle schedule!
What if there is inclement weather on the day of the tournament?
In the event of rain, we will still hold the tournament as long as the weather does not interfere with the safety of the players or spectators. In the event of severe weather, the tournament will likely be postponed or canceled.
I am planning to drive to the tournament. Where should I park?
Parking is available at CHC, but it is extremely limited. We strongly encourage you to use SEPTA and take the shuttle to campus.
What do I do if I drive but cannot find parking on campus?
Overflow Parking - If you are unable to find parking on CHC's campus, limited overflow parking will be available at Mount Saint Joseph Academy (the Mount). The Mount is conveniently located just under one mile from Chestnut Hill College. To driveto the Mount, turn right onto Northwestern Ave, which turns into Wissahickon Avenue. The Mount will be on your right. There will be a shuttle running to and from the College and Mount throughout the day.

What are the food options for the tournament?
Chartwells, the College’s food service company, will be selling breakfast and lunch items including hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, veggie burgers, etc. CHC's student clubs and organizations will be selling Harry Potter themed treats including butterbeer! Sales are cash only!
Will you be selling any t-shirts or other merchandise?
Yes! We will be selling t-shirts, broom pens, broom ornaments, and sweatshirt blankets. We will have t-shirts available in children's sizes. All sales are cash only.
Will there be seating available for the tournament?
There will be limited seating available. We encourage you to bring blankets and/or chairs to watch the matches!

Many of our clubs and organizations will be selling baked goods and snacks on the Summer House Lawn.
The ATM is located in the Fournier Lobby and is Police and Fire Federal Credit Union.
Port-a-potties are located across from the softball on Murphy Drive. One is handicap accessible. If the person does not want to use port-a-potties, restrooms are available in the library and Saint Joseph Hall.
There will be limited seating at each Quidditch pitch. We encourage guests to bring their own chairs and blankets.
Harry Potter characters, chemistry potion demonstrations and more will be available!
