Special Needs

Note: A Mobility Ambassador will be stationed at each parking location and at the ceremony to provide assistance to guests in need. 

Paved walkways and parking lots allow wheelchair access to the Grand Tent.

An interpreter of American Sign Language will sign during both ceremonies. Prior notification is required for guests who require ASL interpretation. Please call 215.753.3692 before May 3, 2013. Audio speakers are located throughout the entire tent for the hard of hearing.

Handicapped Parking  

Close proximity parking will be available to guests with valid state-issued handicapped parking placards. Handicapped parking for Grand Tent ticket holders will be available in the parking lot adjacent to the Grand Tent.

Handicapped parking for Sorgenti Arena ticket holders will be available in the parking lot behind Sorgenti Arena.

Please plan to arrive early knowing that you may not get parking on the Main Campus and that shuttling from an off campus lot make take up to 45 additional minutes because of the anticipated crowds and traffic.
