Parking

Parking on the Main Campus is LIMITED! Several lots are designated exclusively for handicapped guests, faculty and resident seniors whose vehicles remain on campus overnight. Remaining spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All overflow parking will be accommodated at our SugarLoaf Campus (corner of Germantown Avenue & Bells Mill Road) and Mount Saint Joseph Academy (corner of Northwester Avenue & West Wissahickon Avenue). 

Shuttle service will be provided to and from SugarLoaf and Mount Saint Joseph. Parking attendants will be on-site to direct cars to appropriate parking lots. 

We recommend arriving early knowing that you may not find parking on the Main Campus and that shuttling from an off campus lot make take between 30 and 60 additional minutes because of the anticipated crowds and traffic. 

Handicapped Parking

Close proximity parking will be available to guests with valid state-issued handicapped parking placards on a first-come, first-served basis.

Handicapped parking for Grand Tent ticket holders will be available in the parking lot adjacent to the Grand Tent.

Handicapped parking for Sorgenti Arena ticket holders will be available in the parking lot behind Sorgenti Arena. 

If you park at an off campus lot, you will find smaller, more accessible shuttles available for handicapped and less mobile guests.

A Mobility Ambassador will be stationed at each parking location and at the ceremony to provide assistance to guests in need.

Please plan to arrive early knowing that you may not get parking on the Main Campus and that shuttling from an off campus lot make take up to 45 additional minutes because of the anticipated crowds and traffic.
