Note: A College employee will be stationed at each parking location and at the ceremony to provide assistance to guests in need.
Paved walkways and parking lots allow wheelchair access to the Grand Tent.
An interpreter of American Sign Language will sign during both ceremonies. Prior notification is required for guests who require ASL interpretation. Please call 215.248.7011 before May 1, 2015. Audio speakers are located throughout the entire tent for the hard of hearing.
Close proximity parking will be available to guests with valid state-issued handicapped parking placards. Handicapped parking for Grand Tent ticket holders will be available in the parking lot adjacent to the Grand Tent. Tickets are required for seating in the Grand Tent and Sorgenti Arena.
Handicapped parking for Sorgenti Arena ticket holders will be available in the parking lot behind Sorgenti Arena. If you park at an off campus lot, you will find smaller, more accessible shuttles available for handicapped and less mobile guests.
Please plan to arrive early knowing that you may not get parking on the Main Campus and that shuttling from an off campus lot make take between 45-60 additional minutes because of the anticipated crowds and traffic. We suggest guests arrive and be seated by 10:00 a.m.
