Details Every Grad Needs to Know

Refreshments  

Light refreshments will be available for purchase in the College Dining Hall in Fournier Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Weather  

The ceremony will be held outside under the Grand Tent, rain or shine. 
   

Robing 

Candidates assemble and robe for Commencement in St. Joseph Hall First Floor corridor (Music Corridor) at 12:30 p.m.
  
Event Etiquette 

Due to the significance of Commencement, we ask our audience to refrain from using noise makers of any kind and to hold their applause until the end of the ceremony. Everyone in attendance eagerly awaits the announcement of their Graduate’s name. Please be respectful and courteous. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
 
Diploma Distribution  

Diplomas will be distributed at the Summer House immediately following the Commencement ceremonies. Distribution will be by school (School of Undergraduate Studies, School of Continuing & Professional Studies or School of Graduate Studies), alphabetically. Light refreshments, compliments of the Alumni Association, will be available to graduates.
